Requirements:
Documents for Residents:
- Passport
- Valid Driver's License
- International Driver's Permit – required from certain countries.
Documents for UAE Residents:
- Emirates ID
- UAE Driver's License
Age Requirement:
- Hirer's minimum age for SUVs and Sedans: 18 years old
- Hirer's minimum age for Ultra luxury vehicles: 21 years old
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit of 5000 AED is required.
- The security deposit will be refunded after 28 days from the return date to your bank account for any potential traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
- Any outstanding traffic fines and salik toll fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Payment Method:
- Cash – AED, USD, GBP, AUD and Euro are accepted.

Rental Period:
- The minimum rental period is 1 day or 24 hours.
- Each rental includes a limit of 250 KMs.
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
- Smoking inside the car, off-roading, and using the car on a racetrack are strictly prohibited.
Delivery and Collection:
- Free delivery and collection are available within Dubai.
- Delivery and collection in other Emirates will be chargeable.
