  • We rent out vehicles on a 24-hours basis with a 1 hour grace period allotted for returns. However, after the grace period, hourly charges will be applicable.

  • Unless customers wish to add additional services, including urgent exchange, personal driver etc., no other fees are applicable.

  • Yes, the rental car pick-up service location can be changed by getting in touch with our representatives. However, this must be done at least 3 to 6 hours in advance.

  • If you have difficulties with your rental car, please contact our Sales Department. If there are any minor problems that can be addressed on the spot, we will dispatch our operations team to assist you right away.

  • Do not leave the site of an accident and get in touch with the police. If no one was hurt and the vehicle received only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road.

  • Vehicles are rented on a daily (24-hour) basis. There is 1 hour (60 minutes) grace period for returns. After 1 hour, hourly car rate charges apply. After 3 hours late (180 minutes) late, full-day late charges apply.

  • No! There is no other fees apply, unless customer wishes to add additional services (e.g. personal driver, urgent exchange, pick up, and other)

  • Luxury Supercar Rentals offers a wide range of vehicles of different categories according to your needs, clean and reviewed, with help desk 24 hours.

  • Yes. You may change rental car pick-up service location by contact our customer care representatives 3-6 hours in advance.

  • It depends on the situation. In case if your rental car is reserved by other customer, you can't extend your rent of booked cars. However, you may exchange your rental car by any other available models.

  • Before you start driving, take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the vehicle's equipment and operation, including heat and A/C, radio, lights, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts and door locks, and gas tank access.

  • If you have an accident, do not leave the scene of the accident. Contact the police. If no one was hurt and vehicle damage is minor, drivers are recommended to move their vehicles to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic.
